 Doug Sparks is the Founder and CEO of Precision Value Based Management and a nationally recognized healthcare strategist with more than 38 years of industry experience, following eight successful years on Wall Street. He founded Precision Value Based Management to address the evolving demands of value-based care and compliance.

Doug has served as Chairman of a publicly traded physical therapy company, leading significant revenue growth and a successful acquisition, and later built and scaled a multi-location private physical therapy enterprise. Since 2002, he has developed comprehensive compliance and revenue models for physicians, hospitals, ACOs, IPAs, and other healthcare organizations.

A multiple-time award recipient, Doug has been recognized among the Top 10 Innovation & Technology Companies in Healthcare, Top 100 Global Healthcare Leaders, and Top 100 Visionaries in Healthcare. He is best known for creating first-to-market, transformative healthcare models that have become industry standards.

  Ray Vuono is the Technology Partner and Chief Information Officer of Precision Value Based Management. With more than 20 years of experience as a C-level executive, Ray has led growth and technology strategies for both private and public healthcare organizations.

He specializes in cloud-based solutions that enable connectivity, interoperability, and collaboration, and has managed large-scale clinical and behavioral health EHR implementations for for-profit and non-profit agencies. Ray has also overseen full-scale development centers both domestically and internationally.

Ray brings deep expertise in healthcare technology, including application development, data interoperability, and regulatory standards, and has worked across public, provider, and patient-focused initiatives. Earlier in his career, he was also a principal in a nationally recognized insurance brokerage.
